REMScout is a tool for personal home search and neighborhood discovery. You agree to use the app for lawful purposes only. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app.
Listing data is provided by third-party sources including Rentcast. REMScout makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of listing data. Always verify listing details independently and work with a licensed real estate professional before making any purchasing decision.
REMScout Pro is available as a monthly ($14.99) or annual ($119.99) subscription, billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. Refund requests are handled by Apple per their standard App Store policy.
REMScout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
REMScout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on listing data.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
